‘Bi-lingual comedy drama ‘School Run’, the first television drama commissioned by TV3’
Supported by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland Sound and Vision Fund, ‘School Run’ is the first television drama ever commissioned by TV3 and follows the events that unfold when a group of parents and their children attempt to raise funds for their crumbling Southside Gaelscoil.
Produced by Grand Pictures, the team behind ‘Spin the Bottle’ and ‘Paths to Freedom’, the screenplay is written by Irish novelist Anna McPartlin, whose books include ‘Pack up the Moon’ and ‘Apart from the Crowd’
